Roborock Saros 10 Robot Vacuum with Dual Anti-tangle System (Upgraded from S8 MaxV Ultra)

I would love to give this product 3 1/2 stars if that was an option. I really like Roborocks products but unfortunately The cons are out weighing the pros. Firstly i really need a product that confidently avoids obstacles on carpet and hard surfaces. Saros 10 does not seem to recognize cords or cables on carpeted surfaces which shocking because this is a big investment and that is unacceptable. Secondly, the side brush I wish had a little more of a pleasant sound, but not a deal breaker. And lastly, the Vibra rise mop is extremely loud when using some of the more intense settings. Although that seems like a software tweak. Other than those mentioned I think it could be a great product.
