Floor Detergent for Freo Z Ultra/Freo Z10/Freo Z10 Ultra

I ended up buying one of their vacuum mops from Costco and I had to return it. I originally sent the vacuum mop to narwhal to repair it. They did not fix it and when I got it back, it did not work. I think they did not try to fix it all and just sent it back and said they fixed it and never told me what was wrong with it and now I ended up buying extra four detergent and maybe had a vacuum mop or a few months. If I could get a refund or partial refund for the detergent that I bought I’d greatly appreciate that cause I have no use for this now. I will not buy any more narwhal products. Their customer service is terrible. Advise anyone else not to buy from them. Thank you.
