This is my 3rd order & start nearly every day with them. Once you get used to the taste of greens then you are good to go. I sometimes mix mine into a fruit smoothie too if I have time. I feel more energised on them & stopped my AG1 subscription to save money.

Feeling the difference already 3 days in

Definitely better with and ice cube, but I'm not too bothered by the taste, but my wife has a moan lol. But we take it for the benefits, and can positively say 3 days in, feeling better. My gut feels better, our energy levels are up, I am back to my younger years in terms of bowel regularity haha, sorry TMI. Will keep taking it as still perhaps too early to tell all the benefits, but so far very good. I would give it 5 star if the flavour was better, but other than that its great. Down the hatch and you're good!
