*Limited Edition* Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky

Lemon Grass flavor was okay...

I ordered two bags of the lemon grass mushroom jerky and thought it was okay, but probably wouldn't buy it again. I read through some of the other comments and agree that the jerky pieces were smaller and harder to chew than the other flavors you sell. I also thought the flavor was a bit more subtle and not as lemony as I was hoping for, I previously purchased a couple bags of the Sichuan Mala and thought is was great! It and the Salt and Pepper flavors are my favorites, and I'm glad we sell the latter in the store where I work.

Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky Hits the Spot

I've used lemongrass a lot in my cooking so the Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky was something my family had to try. Well, it definitely lived up to the expectations. Between the chewiness of the mushroom along with the savory flavor of spices mixed in with lemongrass gave this jerky a distinctive flavor profile that hits the spot.

Tasty, but somewhat disappointed

I am a huge fan of Pan's Mushroom Jerky, and have tried every flavor. I was very excited about this one as I love lemongrass, but unfortunately I don't get any lemongrass from this jerky. It's still tasty, but I do not get a lemongrass flavor at all. Also, the jerky in the bags I received was very hard and crispy, which is not the norm for Pan's.
