Seems to work!

I only received my V2L adaptor this week and tested it out with my leaf blower and it works as expected. I'm happy to have a good backup source of power in the event of a long power outage as well as to be able to use it when camping, etc.

Works for Kia EV4

I like the compactness of the design. Note there is a small button on the front, which is pressed as you plug your accessories in, that button gets pressed. A neat design, but one that does require you to fully seat the plug into the adapter, to press that on button.
