The good: the throw is beautiful, soft, and warm but not too warm. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. The unfortunate: this is not a blanket for a pet household. My cat, who was not even being frisky at the time, created pulls in the weave within the first hours of ownership. I'm sorry to say this will be a "sometimes" blanket, not a household staple.
