Swing Trainer Heavy Weight Ball Attachment

resistance band isn’t heavy at all!! band has very little stretch & quite too easy / doesnt have enough resistance! also, package was incomplete & had missing items from order. lastly, it disnt come with order receipt or some type of instructions or product literature. quite disappointing given the price.
