Arccos Air

It’s disappointing to spend over $400 on a product, only to receive it in a reused case from a different item. At this price point, customers expect packaging that matches the product and reflects the quality they paid for. Receiving mismatched or repurposed packaging feels careless and undermines the overall experience. If customers are paying a premium, they should receive exactly what was intended—not cost-cutting substitutions that benefit the company at the customer’s expense.

Be aware that the packaging and manual say Arccos Pro, but the device itself is the Arccos Air. I went back and forth with their Customer Service Department to confirm that I have the right device and the correct user manual. At the end of the day, their only resolution was to return the device for a full refund. Not a great customer experience.
