Practical and easy to use to develop good habits.

It definitely forces a structure. Particularly useful in the chest to shoulder height range. Great for accuracy not so great for speed, but that’s not what it’s for. I’m using it in combination with a few other tools. Ideal tool for grooving the bottom of the swing.

Fantastic product, helpful & easy to use. However I accidently burst it with the spike on my tripod and could not fix it! Definitely worth buying and easy to carry to training grounds.
