"Website Ordering not user friendly"

I wanted to just order “The Hanger” for $79.99. Apparently I ordered some package that contains the Hanger and three or four things I did not want nor need. I tried to back out of the Package order but found it difficult and finally gave up. So now I ended up spending $120. more just to get the 79.99 Hanger! Not a “user friendly" website!

Expected better instructions

Thought there'd be longer in depth and instructional videos with the Hanger and the structureBall; also would be nice to be able to get more connectors for the PuttGPT
