Backyard BBQ Hero - BBQ Recipe Cookbook

I liked the book however was hoping for in depth using the pellet grill. I would suggest your next book would be using the pellet grill and recipes that show how to best use the recipes (tips) on pellet grill. I enjoy your rubs and sauces and use them all the time. I use your low and slow recipes and have enjoyed them all.

The pictures are gorgeous. I love your website and have been using it for years, but the book is so easy to bring to the kitchen, grill, or smoker. And one forgets how inspirational it is to flip through a cookbook, discovering things you would never have searched for. I feel like a real backyard BBQ Hero

BBQ Hero cookbook is amazingly well made. Page quality and cover quality is top notch. Of course all the recipes and writings within are top quality also. The first recipe I used was the smoked meatloaf recipe and I was told by several people at out get together that it was the best meatloaf they have had in years. Looking forward to other cooks using the recipes from this book. Just a note, I also have the gloves which are the best gloves I have used since I started smoking 10 years ago.
