The topper is absolutely wonderful. I needed more lumbar support while I slept and tried bunch of different supports and none of them worked. The topper is perfect. It has the support right where I need it. The only down side is I'm so spoiled by it that I don't sleep comfortably anywhere else. But I can live with that 😁

helped with back pain from overly firm mattress

great as a solution to a firm mattress; comfortable for an adult male at 165 lbs; May not be as comfortable for heavier people as I would say this is close to the limit for comfort.

The team at Helix has been very helpful. I do think my mattress is too soft, but they asked me to try it for a little longer - so I am doing that. As of today, my preference would be to return the mattress. I have tried the firm topper and it is not enough, and it makes the bed too high for me to sit on the side comfortably. Thank you, and please let me know when we should process the return. Sandra
