This coffee is for the advanced and unusual tastings. Very funky in both smell, mouthfeel, and flavor. Seems a bit muddy next to the Yirgacheffe Wush Wush 96 hour Anaerobic that yielded more of the clean and popping fruits we expected. But I love that it’s a little more off the wall than most cups. Not a morning brew or a daily driver for me, but absolutely perfect to mix into the middle of a boring day and turn it into an adventurous afternoon. I’d imagine this to be a fun one for the coffee tastings with friends.

I roasted this on two different roasters. A kaffelogic nano and a hot air popcorn popper. Both ways still provided a delightful berry bomb light roast. Thank you.
