The hand towels are not very absorbent. I probably would have returned some of them if I didn’t wash all of them.

Bait and switch

Advertising without telling customers that the order can’t be filled with American made goods, so you go ahead and fill the order with foreign goods.

Exceptional service not a great product

Although the website is nice and easy to navigate, shipping was very good, and the prices were reasonable, the towel are made in Pakistan. I emailed my return request right after opening the box. I received a call from a VERY nice customer service agent within ten seconds (no exaggeration). The return label was emailed to me before the end of the call.
