Great construction and fit, but one distracting oversight

The overall construction of the Breeze Bomber Brown Wide Brim Sun Hat is excellent, and both the shape and sizing are spot on. It feels like a very well-made piece of gear that is comfortable to wear. ​ My single complaint is the method they used for the sweatband and sizing bands: they rely on peel-and-stick Velcro dots. Because the hat features a mesh front, the shiny adhesive backing from those Velcro dots catches the light and is clearly visible from the outside when looking at the front of the hat. ​ When every other detail on this hat appears to be so carefully considered and high-quality, the visible peel-and-stick adhesive feels like a giant afterthought. It's still a solid, functional hat, but it is held back from being perfect by this one frustrating design choice. It's hard to capture this with a photo, but you can see the reflection of the adhesive in the one I attached.

Very nice hats

We purchased two of the Breeze hats, wore them and broke them in perfectly. American Airlines “lost” them on our last flight. We bought two more, expensive but we love them.
