Crazy good when slow smoked.

First time trying this cut
Never had this cut before. Guga and other YouTube streamers always recommend this cut. Definitely a more tender cut than most cuts. Comparable to filet in tenderness a d taste in my opinion with a beautiful fat cap (the best part). I will get these again.
