The answered my query quickly. They explained the issue, and rapidly resolved it. So, quick AND helpful? Band name stuff imprinted nicely? That's gets my appreciation every time.

fit and finish of the logo looks good. wish I had more detail on the type of lid. Was expecting the kind with a nozzle sip option
