Great walking workout

I am loving this video series. Short videos allow me to exercise when I find a few minutes and are intense enough to get my heart rate up. I find them challenging without being so hard that I cannot complete them.

Great Teacher/Leader/Demonstrator. My handicapped wife and I participate (so far) from chairs and repeat earlier sessions several times while slowly adding another segment. Right now it’s our only alternative to sedentary daily life! John and Kathy

So fun and so effective at the same time!

This walking class is safe but just as effective as if I was outside walking! After knee surgery, this is HIGHLY recommended and helps me heal faster.
