Purchased pillow bc I was having major surgery and needed to sleep upright. Ordered barely 3 weeks prior and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. Props to whomever as it arrived within a week. I was unable to test it due to severe back pain. Immediately after I was able to use it and found it to be super comfortable and for two nights now post surgery I have slept well. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to sleep upright. Huge shout out to this company. Now I need money to buy a mattress.

 My order arrived promptly. The pillow is substantial & well made. There are no odors. Very comfortable. A quality product—highly recommend.

Great product

The pillow is comfortable and works as advertised. The reason for the four stars is that it took much longer to receive than advertised at the time of purchase. I almost cancelled the order for that reason
