Terrible quality not worth the money

Received this ball 4 days ago and now just a pile off rubber. The end patches to the cover are soft rubber and my puppy took them right off, and along with the zipper not holding up just after 24hours the ball is now useless. Originally I thought, No biggie right, cover still on should be just fine with zipper broken. wrong, pup jumped up and came down on ball to push and it popped cause the zipper was broke. All this in three days and when emailed they said chewing isn’t warrantied, so tough luck and nothing that could be done. mind you my puppy grabbed on to little metal zipper pull and it broke the zipper, she did not chew on it, the end patches she did take off but it didn’t affect the cover in anyway .. let’s just say not worth the money in my opinion and terrible response when contacted instead of maybe asking more questions as to what happened I was just told being a chew toy isn’t covered.

Gypsy has taken immediately to her new "Big Blue Ball". She knows the reference after only a few days. She has learned to change directions with both shoulders. Her joy was spontaneous. She barks with joy during her sessions. Great purchase. Thanks again!

Freya is obsessed

Freya is absolutely obsessed with her herding ball. She took to it immediately. Definitely a supervised activity and the ball is put away when we are done playing. If left to her own devices she would not stop. We let her play for about 5 mins every few days but she knows where we keep it and if the shed door is opened she will stand there and look at it and us.
