Design flaw

Look, does my German Shepherd love this? Yeah, it’s probably her favorite toy. However she’s smart and learned that the only way to catch and control the ball is to bite at the zipper and seam area. Sure the pull tab comes off, but the zipper base is still too large and easy to bite, and the seam is exposed so she ends up cutting her gums while going at that area, so we can’t use it anymore. All of that should be hidden under a Velcro flap or something, I dunno.

Our favorite water toy!

Pestilence, my Belgian Malinois can not get enough of his new lake toy. Tough enough to withstand stick puncture and slick enough for my dog to jump on and slide right off. Great quality. Great bounce. 10/10

Great for a McNab!

My McNab loves his XL herding ball, and I’m so glad I purchased this. He was a tad intimidated by it at first and then he did try biting it a few times but couldn’t get his teeth into it since it’s fully inflated with cover stretched taut. The first time we played with it in the yard it was like he’d been waiting for this toy his whole life. My only note would be to please make it wildly explicit that one must have at least a bicycle pump to inflate the XL. It seems almost cruel to send that little hand pump with it 🤣. I also was one of the people who didn’t realize the ball must be placed inside the cover BEFORE inflating but that one’s on me.
