Premium Glass Air Fryer

As you may know your product has a 1 cm gap so not sealed and I’ve checked other glass airfryers and this isn’t the case … we tried to use the other night and the chicken wasn’t crispy like my neighbours more traditional one. A lot of hot air must surely escape from that area when cooking . It’s certainly not what I was expecting. Can someone get in touch with me as soon as it’s convenient… I gave my daughter the money to also purchase one as she has a traditional one so wanted to buy her the healthier glass option but we are both surprised at this design feature. Looking forward to an explanation? Appreciated the great price and free gifts. The oil sprayer is great. I purchased 2 of those a few months ago and use most days. I’m not normally someone who complains and was super excited about purchasing this much healthier option however it’s not meeting my expectations. Best Frances

The air fryer cooks things beautifully but is much smaller than expected. The picture shows it with a whole chicken and vegetables cooking but it definitely would not be big enough for that. This means I have to cook things in several batches rather than all at once. It would be good if it was big enough to cook for a family of 4.

I like the compact size of the air fryer. It does a good job of cooking food. Very quiet while cooking. Several complaints about the air fryer that I have are 1:) The temperature settings on the air fryer are in Celsius and not Fahrenheit. Should be Fahrenheit in the U.S. 2:) No end of cooking cycle alarm to let you know that your food is done. 3.) A cookbook with a cooking guide for haw long and what temperatures to cook different foods like burgers, steaks, pork cutlets, etc.
