Customer Service from VelociRax was amazing! Tighting the two lock cylinders together was a little tricky because of the fine threads but if you take your time, use some oil and clean the threads with a small wire brush to remove any powder coat off the threads as you go, it’ll tighten all the way down. Great addition to our new rack to keep our bikes safe.
