Disappointing and Not Flexible

Meh. That's the best thing I can say about this and it's really a stretch to say that it's that good. It came, I printed the entire thing, and then took a look. It was not at all helpful. For instance, the lists are really centered around having no more than 1 (maybe 2) kids. So, on the cleaning schedule it's expected that you clean all their rooms in a single day. And it also doesn't take into account how limited your schedule is with kids, so the sheer amount of things they suggest you get done was really more of a drag than motivating. I thought this would keep me on track, but since it's not customizable at all, everything was really hit or miss on whether it works. I contacted the company immediately, even before actually using it and the only solution they could offer me since it was PDF was for me to pay more and get a hard copy. No other helpful hints or other options, which to me is not standing by your products. Was shocked at how disappointing it was and how customer service wasn't really interested in their customers. We're 2 months into the year and I've used 4 pages of it. Even the daily planner pages don't cut it if you have more than 10 tasks. If you're on the fence, there are a hundred better planners than this (and as someone who uses 4-6 year I'm not just guessing...I've tried them all). This is the first planner that looked useable enough to buy and just didn't do anything but frustrate me with how it didn't really help with the lists. I feel stupid for not thinking it through before doling out so much money! I suppose if they made a customizable digital version it might stand a chance, but you'll probably spend as much time editing it as simply just doing all the lists yourself.
