… this is for you. It has all the botanical flavours you could want. I am happy to poor 2oz over a large ice cube and sip.

My favorite N/A spirit so far

It did take a bit to get used to, and it’s quite sweet while having a massive bitters flavor, but I’ve come to really appreciate the depth of flavors and the texture as a great alternative to whiskey/scotch/rum/apertifs to enjoy on my dry weeks, which I’m trying to do much more often. I am still trying to figure out good cocktails to use this with, both NA and with spirits, but I feel confident there will be some. In the meantime I’m enjoying it chilled, with a rock, to sip and contemplate life!
