Beautiful, inspiring, but complicated
This is a beautiful book. Very pretty addition to the bar or cookbook bookshelf. I love Garden and Spice Seedlip, and there are some inspiring recipes. Note that most of them are very complicated. Not ideal for this average Joe mixer at home. Items such as lemongrass pelargonium leaves, persimmon vinegar, and pink peppercorn gum syrup will probably never grace my bar area.

I have made a few of the cocktail recipes - very tasty and refreshing!
