Lactobacillus

First time I have made a sour beer and this Lactobacillus did a fantastic job! It took around 27 hours to get the pH from 4.5 to 3.5. And the beer turned out to be very delicious! I bought another pack to make a 2nd batch and can highly recommend this product.
