Bubbles made them unusable

I received a thermometer with several bubbles that made it impossible to read correctly. I tried immersing in both boiling and freezing temperatures, and the bubbles moved but did not go away. I reached out for a replacement and was sent one at no charge. Unfortunately it contained even more bubbles in the alcohol!
