Darker Chardonnay

Color was a bit darker than other Chardonnays but a great, dry wine.

Good directions- easy to follow- haven’t bottled it yet- can’t wait to have a taste 👅

Didn’t finish fermenting.

Even added yeast nutrient to help along. Even tried to add more yeast with nutrient but nothing seems to work. After not hearing back from Northern Brewer, I am continuing the process. Little disappointed in both RJS and Northern Brewer. Gravity right at 1.00.
