I use this for making Oktoberfest and my house ESB Ale. Roasted beyond your normal crystal malts that stop at 120 L. This gives your malt a deeper chewey roasted caramel flavor. I use in Moderation so it's not over done.2 to 4 ounces in a 10 gal batch works very nicely as part of your grain bill.
