Maris Otter Malt

Using it as a Base malt for a Bock. Recipe I had called it out as the base malt and had used it before for darker beers. Good color. Will see how it tastes after lagering

Good product

I tend to mix Maris Otter or Golden Promise 50/50% with my bulk base malt. This works well, and has created some excellent homebrews.
