Still waiting for the final results.
My initial gravity was 1.055. The yeast activated quickly and was bubbling like crazy for the first three days or so. It has been in the primary fermenter for about 10 days now. I re-checked the gravity, and it is 1.025. I am hoping for a final gravity of 1.014 or so. Hopefully the yeast can get me there. The aroma and flavor of the beer is good albeit that I haven't really been able to taste the final product yet.
