Lovely buying experience. Fantastic hardware, with warm and extremely knowledgeable guidance from the staff. I particularly enjoyed the emphasis on steel quality, and the philosophy of the artisan blacksmiths inherent in the knife’s creation. Highly recommended. Also, most of the knives are not much more expensive than a decent department store where they won’t know the background knowledge
