Great knife!
This knife is a Christmas gift, so I am not sure of its performance yet. But it’s beautiful. My only complaint is that the box it was in arrived damaged making it not so pretty to give as a gift. Would love if the company sent a replacement box. A padded envelope just wasn’t enough protection.
