Great germination
I just got my starts in the ground 2 weeks ago. It will be some time before we see fruit. But what I can say is that the seeds had great germination and the plants look very healthy so far.

The most under-rated tomato in its flavor category
So I've grown this tomato for many years now, and I've grown it in a "death match" with many storied competitors. Carbon has reliably beaten both Paul Robeson and the legendary Black Krim in my opinion. Grown together in the same garden, tasted together at the same time, going back and forth for each each bite. I even think it edges out the remarkable new-comer Black Beauty. Carbon manages to dominate in its own unassuming way. If you crave the black tomato flavor, that earthiness, that subtle smoke, you must try Carbon.
