Lovely stuff -

I made my own cassoulet and it was delicious. Of course the serice is wonderful!

Delicious!

The duck was wonderful - very juicy and flavorful. Extremely easy to cook - just pierce skin in a few spots and roast at 375 for 22 minutes a pound, then let it rest 15 minutes. Crispy skin! No basting or turning needed, perfect no hassle but impressive roast for holidays or anytime. Extra free bonus is duck fat plus carcass for stock. Definite recommend.

Well worth it!

Our 6 lb duck served four amply, with a bonus of three cups of pure duck fat that we’ll use to roast potatoes, etc.
