Lotus Water | Coffee Brew Water Kit

I am a Coffee Roaster roasting coffee in a stone Woodfired oven drum roaster I designed myself. I’ve been roasting some more expensive coffees recently and it flushed out water issues. Your company was a great solution.

The ordering experience was very good. The product packaging was extremely well done. The concept of adding minerals to the brewed coffee versus in the kettle I think is great and has a lot to commend it. My main critique, which impacts at least my own experience and I assume many others who prefer to brew smaller volume brews is that the minimum volume of brewed coffee for the recipe calculator is 250 ml. I assume this is due to the volume of liquid/mineral solution that is dispensed per drop. This may or may not be an issue for smaller brews, but seems like it ought to be. That being said, most the water recipes do not change until you jump to 350 ml. So, maybe the amount of minerals needed for say 150 ml is similar enough to 250 ml that it doesn’t matter. That seems hard to imagine.

Perfectly fixed my brew instantly. Also made a great 68 ppm profile for an ultralight washed ethiopian. Oerfect for tinkering yourself or following soemone elses recipe
