Ora King Salmon Shanks - 2pc

I really like the salmon shanks The last few times I have bought the Salmon Shanks, they smell as if they're beginning to turn, the smell is fishy and the skin is slimy. I know that fresh fish should not have an odor. Correct me if I am wrong.

Delicious as always and so many ways to cook it!

Was a bit skeptical at first (had never made shanks before), but was very pleased. Seasoned and tossed them in the air fryer. Crispy skin and the fish retained its moistness. Will make again.
