Sleep assist is my saviour. I'm in perimenopause waking up 3 times a night with hot and cold sweats constantly changing PJs, this gem of a product helps me to fall back to sleep quickly and effortlessly. Each morning waking feeling more energized and ready to take on the day.

I was skeptical as I’ve tried every sleeping aid under the sun, this is now a part of my sleep routine , I can literally feel my eyelids closing after 20 minutes and my sleep tracking ring is showing 99% sleep efficiency… it’s a crazy good product I won’t be without it.. I also love the packets very lux and I don’t mind having it out on my bedside table
