The formula is easy to take every day and dissolves easily with a pleasant flavour. An added advantage is that I can now take a supplement that incorporates a lot of my needt - my calcium, silica, Vit D and Vit K requirements, saving me the hassle of remembering to take multiple pills or powders. And any thing that makes my life easier gets my tick of approval!
