For many years I have had very bad sleeping patterns, averaging between 2-5 hrs broken sleep per night. I am now averaging between 7.5- 8.5 hrs per night. So grateful to have come across this product. Will definitely look at trying others in Roogenic range

My all time favourite

This is my go-to nightly last cuppa for the day - it sets me up for a great night's sleep... Even the aroma works a treat as I wait for it to brew. Funniest thing was the timing!! I thought I was being so clever ordering this stash and I'm on the East Coast and my daughter is in Perth... So I gave her WA address!! I flew over, then discovered it was being shipped from the East!! Not only did I go East to West then back again but so did my Roogenics (: I had it re-directed AND it arrived back over East a few days ago!!! Doh! My mistake and assumption coz I associate Roogenics with the Freo markets where I first discovered you!!! Never mind. The best things in life are worth waiting for. Many thanks, Marg

I have 2 cups of this tea every night. The 1st one after dinner. this helps me to relax after a big day. The second just before bed then, I relax to sleep. Previous sleep teas have caused me to have vivid not always great dreams. Not anymore. Not with this tea. I sleep soundly.
