Bedtime routine

I find this super helpful to settle for the night. I struggle to get to sleep (a natural ADHD night owl) and this helps me find calm, my sister introduced it to me and now I drink it every night.

Sleep tea

Trying to get back into a good sleep pattern and this tea is helping a lot. Particularly making sure I drink it an hour before lights out. Taste is very pleasant too

I drink this or the sleep tea berry one hour before bed. I have been having the best sleep. Sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed.
