Over the last 2 months ive been taking the marine collagen i have noticed a huge difference in the thickness of my hair. Not so much to my skin (i actually started taking it due to a developing escma like rash on my face) i havent noticed much of a change to skin apparence but definitely my hair and nails are stronger. I think it works well in combination with the Pea Protein by Two Islands, and find the the capsule an easy to use option; i can either break the capsule into my smoothie or if in a rush i can just take it with water. Love it. And appreciate the simplicity of the product refill.
