Vanilla Toffee Lactation Blend

Started with the chocolate flavour and moved onto this one! Both yum! Love it with just a glass of milk or in my morning yoghurt. I definitely notice a difference in my supply when it’s not part of my routine, as someone who is exclusively pumping I love this!

I like the taste but it doesn’t mix well with drinks etc. I was hoping to have it with my morning coffee but the blends just settles right at the bottom of the cup. Great as a sprinkle but not as a blend. This is my bad though as it does say it in the description.

It’s easy to mix with hot Milo / Horlicks / Nestum and drink in the mornings. I’m not sure how effective it has been with my milk supply though… I’m only a quarter way thru the 500g tin…
