A black spot inside

Some open and broken capsules came, and in one of them there was a black dot inside. They refunded me only 50% of the amount paid, as they did not accept the product back, claiming that I could use the capsules still unopened. I complained again as I wanted a return label and my money back, but they offered to send me a new product, but I didn't want to and the story ended.
