Salted Caramel Lactation Blend

A great addition to lactation nutrition! I confess, I first bought this because I loved the look of the packaging on my coffee shelf. But it’s proved to be a good little addition to my lactation diet. I like it warm with almond milk, but even more mixed with Greek yoghurt (to me it gives it a cheesecake taste)! I’m not sure that it tastes like salted caramel, or of it increases milk production, but it is delicious and feels nourishing to eat. I am a milk donor as well as exclusively breastfeeding, and on days I have this blend I feel like I can quite readily keep up with all my milky needs. I also enjoy the hot chocolate at night.

This tastes divine! I had the coconut chocolate as my first purchase but was so happy with the results that I bought 3 more jars of different flavors!
