Marinaded Asian style Bbq
Thick sliced & has fat for flavor. I chose to marinate for 2 days before putting on grill. Rinsed in cold water first and then Fully covered them in marinade: pear juice, soy sauce, chopped onions, fresh ginger, garlic, sesame oil, Marin, brown sugar, salt, blk pepper. Hot grill. Wonderful.
