Great lock

I had a hard time finding a lock that fit my unit. I called RV Lock and they looked at pictures and knew exactly what I needed. The first lock I got worked great but it didn’t charge. So tech support sent me a replacement without any hassles. I used to carry 5 keys when we would leave but now we just have a key fob. What a light load. Great lock and support people.

Works fantastic and a much heavier lock than the factory junk

I actually paid a RV technician to install this lock due to it being covered under a warranty agreement with General RV and after install the lock did not function correctly. I watched multiple videos of installing instructions but finally reached out to RV Lock via email. Their support team sent me pictures and explained how to fit the lock properly and after following their instructions the lock works perfect.
