Great Lock - So far

Solid, easy to install, ease of use... are just a few thoughts regarding my new RVLock. The difference in build quality of the Lippert lock (cut off/out due to the two bolts that held the dead bolt plate on rattling off) and the RVLock is noticeable. Ingress and egress is much easier. My only wish is that both the deadbolt and the handle lock actuated via the keypad and fob. Nonetheless, it is a great lock that I hope will outcast my trailer.

Information on how you set-up the lock could be improved, some wording needs to have more emphasis

Remote and number pad not working

The keys work fine and the lock seems to engage/disengage smoothly. When trying to program the number pad, it keeps giving an error. The remote locks the door without issue but falls to unlock it and the key is required. I adjusted the strike plate, thinking there was to much pressure, but always ended in the same result. To be fair, I only had one day to install and attempt to troubleshoot before leaving it for a while. Maybe when I get more time I can get it to work as intended.
