Kids Multivitamin Chewable MF

Great Vitamin, but I don't like the taste.

I take these as an adult because the adult version is too strong for me. They are a great vitamin, but I think the taste is terrible. I can imagine some people like it. I crunch them into a few pieces and swallow them with water.

Seeking Health products never disappoint. I've done lengthy research and not found any other kids vitamins that are Methyl sensitive, have clean ingredients and without sugar (which seems like an oxymoron in a vitamin). One of the things that frustrates me the most about the "health community" is that it's unaffordable to the average family. I love that Seeking Health offers the reward program and the points add up quick! I can't recommend Dr. Lynch's products enough and we personally use seven different products and wouldn't go without any of them.

Good for those who need calcium folinate

I have looked everywhere for a kid's multi with folinic acid instead of folic acid or methylfolate. I have been seeing small but steady improvements in my kiddo, which is how it should be with supplements. Thank you, Dr. Lynch!
