I want to sincerely thank Hurom for their amazing customer service. Even though the broken part of my juicer was not covered under warranty, Hurom generously sent it to me for free. When the package was delayed at Canadian customs, their team stayed on top of the situation, handled all the necessary follow-ups, and made sure everything was resolved until I received it.
