Exceptional Support Beyond Warranty
I want to sincerely thank Hurom for their amazing customer service. Even though the broken part of my juicer was not covered under warranty, Hurom generously sent it to me for free. When the package was delayed at Canadian customs, their team stayed on top of the situation, handled all the necessary follow-ups, and made sure everything was resolved until I received it. I never felt forgotten or ignored. This kind of service is rare these days. I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with Hurom. Truly a company that cares about its customers!

I don’t know what happened to the auger that came with my original juicer. It is still a mystery. I don’t know how I might’ve done this, but I guess I could have thrown it away in the countertop compost bin, as I sometimes put it in there while rinsing other juicer parts, so I can empty the underside of the auger from remnants of the foods I’m juicing? I won’t do that again! Any-whoo… I’m so happy that I was able to get it replaced! Hurom sent it quickly and it arrived in a padded envelope. It was exactly like the original. Thank you to the Hurom folks. They were very communicative and very helpful in getting this replaced. I am a very happy customer!
