Replaced hopper is not a good fit

I like the simplicity of the juicer, but when the hopper's magnetic closure became defective, the new replaced hopper does not fit well. It works but since the fit is not smooth, it is not easy to close or remove. It is not as smooth as the original one. Even the original food pusher does not fit. Overall...a disappointment.

Hopper

Terrible. The hopper doesn’t fit on my model. The machine still doesn’t not work. I’m waiting for customer service to get back to me with what to do next.
